Studios Announce Mobile Phone Connectivity for Blu-ray

Paramount Home Entertainment and Universal Home Entertainment announced plans on how they will merge Blu-ray releases with the mobile phone. Users will have the ability to download exclusive content, use their phone as a remote control, control movie-specific features (such as the “Virtual Car Garage” feature in “Fast & Furious”), and view detailed information about the film and its stars in real time.
